Cops 4 Causes was proud to join forces with the World Famous Laugh Factory to host our “Comedy Uniting Communities” kick-off Comedy benefit for 2010 Law Enforcement Torch Run® International Conference.
It was an amazing night hosted by “Armed and Famous” cast member Officer Jack Osbourne. Multi-talented comedian and actor Mike Epps (Lottery Ticket / The Hangover) headlined an all star cast of today’s hottest comedians, including: Bret Ernst, who has made comedy appearances on Comedy Central, BET, CBS, E! and more as well as acting in several TV shows and movies; comedian, actor, producer and former police officer Joey Medina, who has headlined nearly every major club in the country, has starred in such comic productions as The Original Latin Kings of Comedy, Latin Palooza, and Loco Comedy Jam and hosted Morning Invasion on Latino 96.3 FM in Los Angeles; and John DiResta, former New York City subway cop turned comedian and actor, who besides standup has also starred in his own sitcom, DiResta, TV showsTrash to Cash, American Body Shop and Hammered and films including both Miss Congeniality movies, 15 Minutes and How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days. ComediansBuddy Lewis, Mike Marino, Cliff Yates, and Ron Pearson also appeared.
